I've changed my mind, can I return it?

Yes. We know that things get bought for a new baby that turn out not to be needed.

Tell us within 14 days of receiving your order that you'd like to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to send the items back to us.

How to start a return:

1. Email info@oliversbabycare.co.uk with your name, order number, the items and your reason for returning
2. We'll issue a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) and instructions
3. Mark the RAN clearly on the outside of the package but not on the box directly and send it back

Returns without a RAN can't be accepted, so please always request one first. See How to request a return.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in resalable condition, with all accessories and manuals included. See What condition do items need to be in?

Return postage is at your expense on unwanted items, and the delivery cost you originally paid isn't refunded. If you send an item back without prepaying postage, the courier fee is deducted from your refund. See Who pays return postage?

Prefer an exchange or store credit? We can offer either within 30 days of receipt, which is longer than the refund window. Just tell us what you'd prefer when you request your return. See Exchanges and store credit.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of your return reaching us and normally processed within 30 days of arrival at our warehouse. See When will I get my refund?

Some items can't be returned once opened for health and hygiene reasons. See Items we can't accept back.
