It depends on why the item is going back.
If you've changed your mind
The cost of sending an item back to us is arranged and paid by you, and the delivery charge on your original order isn't refunded. This is standard across most online retailers, as the delivery cost has already been paid out to the courier.
Please prepay your postage. If a return reaches us with postage owing, the courier charges us for it and we'd have to take that from your refund, which nobody wants.
If an item is faulty, or we've made a mistake
We'll put it right. Where an item is confirmed faulty within 6 months of receipt, or the return is down to an error on our part, we'll refund reasonable return postage costs up to £4.99.
If a fault appears within the first 30 days and you'd prefer a refund to a repair or replacement, we'll refund the delivery charge on your original order too. After 30 days, where a refund is agreed, this covers the item itself.
Returning something large or heavy? Please call us first on +44 1778 562809 and we'll advise on the best way to do it, rather than leaving you to work it out.
Note. Please only flag an item as faulty when it genuinely is. Where something comes back as faulty and turns out not to be, we may need to deduct the return postage from your refund.
Whoever is paying, please use a tracked service. We can't be responsible for a return until it reaches our warehouse safely, so tracking and proof of postage protect you.
Returning from outside the UK? International return postage can be expensive, so it's worth checking the cost first. See Returning or refusing an international order.
Cancelled before dispatch? Nothing to send back, and we refund everything including delivery.
