Every return starts with a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). It's a quick email, and it means your parcel is expected and matched to your order the moment it arrives.
Step 1: Email us
Send info@oliversbabycare.co.uk the following:
- Your name and order number
- The items you'd like to return
- Your reason for returning them
Step 2: We'll send your RAN
We'll reply with your Returns Authorisation Number, the return address and full instructions for sending your items back. Returns are processed during office hours, Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00, so requests sent outside those times are picked up when we're next in.
Step 3: Mark the RAN on your package
Write it clearly on the outside of the parcel. Please don't write it directly on the product's own packaging, as that stops us reselling the item.
Step 4: Send it back
Follow the instructions we've sent you. See Packing and sending your return for how to protect your parcel on the way.
Please request your RAN before sending anything. Returns that arrive without one can't be accepted, and it's frustrating for everyone when a parcel turns up that we can't match to an order.
Prefer to bring it in? You're very welcome to return items to our shop in Langtoft, which saves you the postage entirely. Please email us for your RAN first, then bring it along with your order number. The shop is open Monday to Saturday, 09:00 to 17:00.
Timescales. If you've changed your mind, tell us within 14 days of delivery, then send the items back within a further 14 days. See I've changed my mind, can I return it?
Faulty item? Contact us first with photos before arranging anything, as we can often sort it without you needing to send anything back at all. See My item is faulty or damaged.
Questions before you send? Call us on +44 1778 562809, Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00, and we'll talk it through.
