Email: info@oliversbabycare.co.uk Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00. Good for anything with detail, and the right route for returns requests, faulty item photos and international enquiries. Emails sent outside office hours are answered in order from Monday morning.

Live chat Available on our website for general questions and help while you're browsing. Anything that needs a person, such as changing an order or resolving a fault, is passed to the team and picked up during office hours.

Please note: our office, where phones and emails are answered, is open Monday to Friday. The shop is also open on Saturdays, but shop staff aren't able to help with online orders. We're closed on Sundays and bank holidays.

Please have your order number to hand if you're getting in touch about an existing order. It saves a lot of back and forth.

A few things that are quicker to sort yourself:

• Where's my order? Your tracking will be more up to date than we are. See Which courier will deliver my order, and how do I track it?
• Starting a return? Email us with your order number and reason, and we'll send your returns number. See How to request a return
• Faulty item? Email photos or a short video with your order number, and the serial number if it's a pushchair or car seat. See My item is faulty or damaged
