Yes. We know people are cautious about entering card details online, so here's exactly how your payment is protected.
We never see or store your card details. Card payments are handled by Braintree, an established payment processor. Your details go straight to them, encrypted, and never touch our systems. The same applies to PayPal, Klarna, Clearpay and Snap Finance, where your details stay with the provider.
Every page is encrypted. Our site uses SSL encryption across the whole website, not just at checkout, so anything you enter is scrambled in transit and can't be read if intercepted. You'll see the padlock in your browser's address bar on every page.
Card payments use 3D Secure. You'll usually be asked to confirm your payment through your bank's app or with a code by text. This is the online equivalent of Chip and PIN and confirms it's really you, which also means your bank's fraud protection applies.
Our site is protected by Cloudflare, which filters malicious traffic and guards against attacks before they reach our servers.
Digital wallets add another layer. Apple Pay and Google Pay never share your real card number with a retailer, using a one time code instead. See Paying with Apple Pay or Google Pay.
We never sell or share customer information. See How we handle your personal information.
A word on scam emails. We will never email you asking for card details, and we will never email to say our bank details have changed. If you receive anything like that, don't act on it. Call us on +44 1778 562809 and we'll confirm whether it came from us.
