When will I get my refund?

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we'll check it over and get your refund moving.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of your return reaching us. In practice it's usually quicker, but returns can take up to 30 days to process fully at busy times of year.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. We can't refund to a different card or account, which is standard practice and protects you against fraud.

How long it takes to show:

• Card payments: typically 3 to 5 working days after we've issued the refund, depending on your bank
• PayPal: returned to your PayPal account, which then passes it back to your original payment method
• Klarna, Clearpay and Snap Finance: we refund the provider, who then adjusts your plan. Please keep up any payments due until they confirm the change
• Bank transfer: back to the account the payment came from

We'll email you when your refund has been issued, so you'll know when to start counting.

What's included depends on why the item came back. If you've changed your mind, we refund the price of the items. If something was faulty within the first 30 days and you've chosen a refund, we also refund the original delivery charge and reasonable return postage up to £4.99. See Who pays return postage?

If a return arrives in a condition we can't resell, we'll get in touch before doing anything. Occasionally we may need to reduce a refund to reflect a drop in the item's value, but we'd always explain why first and never simply pay you less without a word.
