You're just as welcome to return an item from outside the UK, though there are a few extra things worth knowing before you send anything.
Start the same way. Email info@oliversbabycare.co.uk with your order number, the items and your reason for returning. We'll send your Returns Authorisation Number and the return address.
Check the cost first. International return postage can be expensive, sometimes more than people expect, so it's worth getting a price before you commit. For a change of mind, that cost sits with you.
Mark your parcel clearly as returned goods on the customs declaration, with the original order number. This matters: if a return arrives with import charges for us to pay, we'd have to deduct those from your refund, and it's easily avoided.
Please don't declare a lower value than you paid. It causes problems at customs and can delay or block the return entirely.
Use a tracked service. International parcels pass through more hands, and we can't take responsibility for a return until it reaches our warehouse.
Your local taxes and duties. Any VAT or duty you paid on arrival in your own country was collected by your authorities, not by us, so we're not able to refund it. Most countries have a process for reclaiming it on returned goods, and your customs authority will be able to advise.
Faulty items are different. If something has arrived faulty or damaged, contact us before sending anything back. We'll advise on the best approach and won't leave you out of pocket for a fault at our end. See My item is faulty or damaged.
Timescales are the same. Tell us within 14 days of delivery, then send the items back within a further 14 days.
Questions? Email info@oliversbabycare.co.uk. Given time differences, email is usually the easiest way to reach us.
