Returning or refusing an international order

Changed your mind? You have the same cancellation rights as any customer: 14 days from receiving your order to tell us you'd like to cancel, and a further 14 days to send the items back. See Your 14-day cancellation right.

Return shipping is at your expense on unwanted items, and international return postage can be expensive - often more than customers expect. It's worth checking the cost before committing to a return.

Before sending anything back, email info@oliversbabycare.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We'll issue a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN), which must be marked clearly on the outside of the package. Returns without a RAN can't be accepted.

Please mark returned parcels clearly as returned goods on the customs declaration. If a return arrives with import charges payable by us, those costs will be deducted from your refund.

We'd recommend a tracked service. We can't take responsibility for returns until they reach our warehouse safely.

Faulty or damaged items are treated differently. If something arrives faulty, contact us before returning anything - we'll advise on the best approach and won't leave you out of pocket for a fault that's ours. Your statutory rights aren't affected by distance. See My item is faulty or damaged.

If you refuse delivery. Once you refuse an order, or it's returned because local charges went unpaid, all costs from that point are yours - return shipping, storage and any courier fees. These will be deducted from your refund, and in some cases can exceed the value of the order itself.

Shipping charges aren't refundable once your order has been dispatched, as this money is paid directly to the courier.
