Orders placed before 15:45, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day. Our warehouse team works Monday to Friday, so orders placed after 15:45, at weekends, or on a bank holiday are dispatched on the next working day.
For items held in our warehouse, standard delivery takes 1–3 days from dispatch.
Some examples:
- Order Tuesday at 11:00 → dispatched Tuesday → arrives Wednesday to Friday
- Order Friday at 16:30 → dispatched Monday → arrives Tuesday to Thursday
- Order Saturday or Sunday → dispatched Monday → arrives Tuesday to Thursday
Couriers typically deliver Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 19:00. Timescales can extend during peak periods such as Christmas.
Not everything ships from our warehouse. Some products, particularly nursery furniture, come directly from the manufacturer and take longer — often several weeks. The expected timescale is always shown on the product page. See Which items take longer to arrive? for the main brands affected.
Deliveries outside UK mainland are arranged individually and take longer. See Delivery to the Highlands, Islands and other non-standard locations.
