Next working day delivery costs £7.95, and is free on orders of £100 or more to mainland UK.
To qualify, order before 15:45, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time, at weekends, or on a bank holiday will be dispatched on the next working day instead.
"Next working day" means the next weekday. If you order on a Friday afternoon, your parcel will normally arrive on Monday rather than Saturday. Couriers do sometimes deliver at weekends, but we can't guarantee it and wouldn't want you to plan around it.
Some examples:
- Order Monday at 14:00 → arrives Tuesday
- Order Thursday at 16:00 → arrives Monday
- Order Saturday → arrives Tuesday
This service is only available on items held in our warehouse. It can't be applied to items shipped directly from a supplier, pre-orders, or backordered items - including most nursery furniture. If your order contains a mix, the in-stock items will arrive next working day and the rest will follow.
