In stock with supplier

The item is available now, but it's held by the manufacturer rather than in our warehouse, and ships directly from them to you. It takes longer to arrive than something we hold ourselves, and next working day delivery isn't available.

On backorder

It's on its way to us but not here yet. Where we can, we show an expected arrival date next to the item, so you'll have an idea of the wait before you commit.

Out of stock

We don't have it and don't currently have a date for more.

Working to a deadline? If you need something by a particular date, a due date or a birthday, do check with us before ordering. We can confirm what's actually on the shelf and, for supplier items, ask the manufacturer where things stand.
