Pricing and product information errors

We take a lot of care over our product listings, but with a range of over 4,000 items, occasional errors do happen.

Product descriptions and images. We make every effort to show colours, features and specifications accurately, but screens vary and manufacturers sometimes change specifications without notice. If the details of a product matter to you - dimensions, compatibility, or an exact shade - please check with us before ordering on +44 1778 562809 or info@oliversbabycare.co.uk. We'd much rather answer a question than have you receive something that isn't right.

Compatibility. Car seat adapters, isofix bases and pram accessories are the most common source of confusion. Our team knows the ranges well, so a quick call before ordering can save a return.

Pricing errors. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we reserve the right to correct it. If this affects an order you've already placed, we'll contact you before dispatching anything - you can either confirm the corrected price or cancel for a full refund. We won't simply take the difference or send the item without telling you.

If a product arrives and isn't as described, that's a different matter and you're protected. Contact us and we'll put it right. See My item is faulty or damaged.

Prices change. We review pricing regularly and can't apply a later reduction to an order already placed. If an item drops in price shortly after you buy, do get in touch and we'll see what we can do.
