Which items can't be collected?

Most of our range can be collected from the shop, but there are two exceptions.

Items shipped directly from a supplier. Some products are sent straight from the manufacturer to your address and never come through our warehouse, so there's nothing for us to hand over in store. This affects a number of nursery furniture brands - see Which items take longer to arrive?

Large items such as nursery furniture. Cot beds, wardrobes, chests of drawers and nursery room sets are delivered by specialist couriers rather than collected.

What you can collect: everything held in our warehouse, including prams, travel systems, car seats, high chairs, feeding and changing equipment, safety products and accessories.

If your order contains a mix, the collectable items can be picked up in store and the rest delivered to your address as normal.

Worth knowing: we hold over 4,000 products at our Langtoft warehouse, with the shop attached — so if you'd rather see something before buying, you're welcome to visit and try it out. Free parking, baby changing facilities and free car seat fitting are all available.
