Collecting on someone else's behalf

Yes, someone else can collect your order for you - a partner, family member or friend. We just need you to authorise them first.

How to arrange it:

1. Call us on +44 1778 562809 before they travel, with your order number to hand
2. Tell us the name of the person collecting
3. They'll need to bring your order number and their own photo ID

Please call in advance. We can't release an order to someone who hasn't been authorised, even if they have your order details - so a quick call beforehand saves a wasted journey.

Wait until your order is ready. As with any collection, please make sure you've had our email or call confirming the order is ready before sending anyone to the shop.

Collecting a bulky item? Prams, travel systems and car seats can be larger than expected once boxed. It's worth checking the person collecting has enough space in their car - our team will help with loading.
