You can order online and collect free of charge from our shop in Langtoft, near Peterborough.
How it works:
- Select Click & Collect at checkout
- Wait for us to contact you. We'll email or call once your order has been picked and is ready - please don't travel until you've heard from us
- Collect from the shop, Monday to Saturday, 09:00 to 17:00
What to bring:
- Your order number
- Photo ID
Can't collect yourself? Someone else can collect on your behalf, but you'll need to authorise them with us first. See Collecting on someone else's behalf.
Not everything is available for collection - items shipped directly from a supplier and large items such as nursery furniture can't be collected. See Which items can't be collected?
