- Isle of Man
- Channel Islands, including Alderney and Sark - GY and JE
- Northern Ireland - BT
- BFPO addresses
How it works:
- A base delivery rate is charged at checkout
- Our customer support team then obtains an exact shipping quote based on the size, weight and destination of your order
- We contact you to confirm the final cost
- If the final cost is higher, you can pay the difference or cancel for a full refund — we'll never take additional payment without your agreement
- If the final cost is lower, we refund you the difference
Why we work this way. Shipping to these areas is quoted individually by couriers and varies enormously depending on what you've ordered. A single small parcel to Northern Ireland costs a fraction of what a cot bed and wardrobe cost to the Outer Hebrides, and we'd rather quote you accurately than build a high flat rate into every order.
Large and bulky items such as nursery furniture and travel systems cost considerably more to send to these areas, so expect a larger difference between the base rate and the final quote.
