Larger orders - particularly travel systems, nursery furniture and multi-item orders - are usually sent in several boxes.
These boxes don't always arrive together, and that's normal. Couriers load their vans by space and weight, so it's common for two of three boxes to be delivered one day and the final box the next. It doesn't mean anything has been lost or left out of your order.
Please allow 48 hours for the remaining boxes to arrive before getting in touch.
A few other reasons your order may arrive in stages:
- Mixed orders. If some items are in our warehouse and others come directly from a supplier, they'll be sent separately and the supplier items will take longer. See Which items take longer to arrive?
- Different couriers. A large item and a small one may go with different couriers entirely, each with its own tracking.
- Furniture components. Cot beds, wardrobes and nursery sets are often boxed as separate parts, with each box tracked individually.
Before you contact us, please check:
- Your tracking, which may show the remaining boxes still in transit
- Whether you've received more than one tracking number
- Around your property and with neighbours, in case a box was left elsewhere
Still missing something after 48 hours? Email info@oliversbabycare.co.uk with your order number and a list of what has arrived, and we'll track down the rest.
Please don't start assembling furniture until all boxes have arrived and you've checked the contents against the instructions — it's much easier for us to resolve a missing part before assembly begins.
