Free car seat fitting

We'll fit your car seat properly, free of charge, on any seat bought from us.

Why it's worth having done. Car seat fitting is easy to get subtly wrong, and a seat that isn't fitted correctly won't protect a child the way it should. We'll get it right, and just as importantly, we'll show you how to do it yourself so you're confident doing it again.

What we'll do:

• Fit the seat to your car and check it's secure
• Check it suits your child's current height and weight
• Show you how to fit and remove it yourself
• Show you how to adjust the harness properly as your child grows
• Answer anything you're unsure about, however small

Booking is recommended. A fitting takes a bit of time and needs someone free, so booking through our website or calling +44 1778 562809 means you won't be waiting. We'll fit you in without an appointment where we can, but we can't promise it if the shop is busy.

Bring the car the seat is going in. If you use two cars, bring both if you can, or ask us about the differences between them.

Seats bought elsewhere. Our fitting service is part of buying a seat from us, so we're not able to fit seats bought from other retailers. If you're not sure yours is right, we'd suggest going back to where you bought it, or contacting the manufacturer directly.

Buying a seat and not sure which? Come in and we'll help you work it out. Fit varies between cars, and a seat that suits one car can be awkward in another. Trying it in your own car before buying is the surest way to get it right.
