Some things you can't judge from a photograph. That's largely why the shop exists.

Try pushchairs outside. We have outdoor space so you can take a pushchair out and see how it actually handles on real ground, not a flat shop floor. Push it, turn it, fold it, put it in your boot. It's the quickest way to find out whether something suits you, and it's often not the model people expected to like.

What's worth testing before you commit:

• The fold. Can you do it one handed, holding a baby?
• The weight. Lifting it into a boot is different from pushing it
• Boot fit. Bring your car and we'll check
• The handle height, particularly if you and your partner are different heights
• How it steers with one hand, over a kerb, on a rough surface

Demonstrations on anything. If you're not sure how something works, ask and we'll show you. Travel system adapters, isofix bases, sterilisers, carriers, monitors. Our team is glad to assist.

Compare side by side. Deciding between two travel systems is much easier when both are in front of you.
