Booking an appointment

You're always welcome to drop in without booking. But if you'd like dedicated time with a member of our team, you can book an appointment through the shop page on our website.

When an appointment is worth booking:

• Car seat fitting, where we'll need your car and about half an hour
• Choosing a travel system, where comparing several properly takes time
• Planning a nursery, particularly if you're working out how furniture fits a specific room
• First baby and not sure where to start. This is the most common reason, and there's no such thing as too many questions

What to expect. Someone will be set aside for you, so you won't be waiting while the shop is busy or sharing attention with other customers. Bring measurements, photos of the room, or your car if a seat fitting is involved.

Available Monday to Saturday, 09:00 to 17:00. We're closed on Sundays and bank holidays, so appointments aren't available on those days.

Booking is optional. If you'd rather just turn up and browse, that's absolutely fine and always has been. Appointments exist to give you more time, not to gate access.

Need to change or cancel? Just give us a ring. We'd rather know than hold a slot for someone who can't make it.
