Paying with Klarna

We offer Klarna as a payment option. The choices available to you are shown at checkout and depend on your order, so you may not see every option on every purchase.

Pay later in 3 interest free instalments

This spreads your payment across three equal amounts, collected automatically from the card you enter at checkout. The first is taken when we confirm your order, with the second and third following 30 and 60 days later. You can see your schedule at any time in the Klarna app.

You must be 18 or over. Klarna assesses each order individually, considering things like order value and your previous history with them, so being accepted before doesn't guarantee acceptance next time. Klarna's assessment for this product is a soft search that doesn't affect your credit rating.

Other Klarna options

Klarna may also offer other ways to pay, including longer term financing. These are different products with different terms. Please read what Klarna shows you at checkout carefully before choosing, as the terms, eligibility checks and consequences of missed payments vary between them.

Your agreement is with Klarna, not with us. Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, is the provider. Full terms and their privacy policy are on the Klarna website.

Your payment details stay with Klarna. No card details are passed to or stored by us.

Returns and refunds. Once we've accepted your return or cancellation, Klarna cancels any scheduled payments still to come and refunds anything already collected. Refunds go back to the card you used and are usually processed within 5 to 7 working days. A partial return means Klarna sends you an updated payment schedule.

Please keep paying Klarna while a return is in progress. Your plan stays active until Klarna processes it.
