Unlike UK delivery, international shipping isn't a fixed price. Every order is quoted individually.
Why there are no set rates. Courier prices to international destinations change from day to day, and vary enormously depending on what you've ordered and where it's going. Rather than build a high flat rate into every order, we get the best available rate on the day and pass it on.
What affects the cost:
- Size and weight of your order - bulky items such as prams, cots and travel systems cost considerably more
- Number of boxes - estimates assume a single box, but multi-item orders often need several
- Destination - rates vary widely by country, and remote or island addresses cost more
- The rate available on the day you order
The estimate at checkout is indicative only. It isn't a final quote, and the actual cost may be higher or lower.
How it works:
- An estimated shipping cost is applied at checkout
- Once your order is placed, we obtain the best spot rate available for your order and destination
- We contact you to confirm the exact cost before your order is dispatched
- Nothing is sent, and no further payment is taken, until you've agreed the price
If you're not happy with the final cost, you're under no obligation to go ahead. We'll cancel your order and refund you in full. If the confirmed cost comes in lower than the estimate you paid at checkout, we'll refund you the difference.
Want to know before you order? Email info@oliversbabycare.co.uk with the items you'd like and your full delivery address, and we'll price it up. We'd always recommend this for furniture, travel systems or multi-item orders.
Shipping charges aren't refundable once your order has been dispatched, as this money is paid directly to the courier.
